1.  Haters gonna hate....  hate....  hate....

2.  Ainters gonna ain't. ....  ain't. ....  ain't. ....

3.  Just the usual  crap,  really.   Harry and Matt at some little biker gathering in Margate.   Matt interviewed the organiser.   Harry looked at a nifty,  super duper coat hanger thingy.   Clinton rode a 800 triple bike around RSR and that silly dude Donovan Something or the other, interviewed a guy breaking long distance riding records. All boring and useless and therefore I didn't watch and have no idea of what was on.  :ricky:

Oh. Well then look out next week. There's an H2. Or a Scrambler. Something or other.

Will do my utmost to avoid, thanks.    ;)

Saw an H2 in real life at Bavarian yesterday.   The owner had to push it the first 10 meters from his parking as not even the track to on control could get hom through the puddle of drool I left.....

An update, and one with actual information on it this time:

Here are the weekly times for the show Saturday 11:30 | Sunday 17:30 | Monday 14:30 | Tuesday 00:30 | Wednesday 04:30 | Thursday 20:30 | Friday 08:30 and 17:30

This week, I'm told, is called "30 Hours with the Kawasaki H2"

With which bike did you spend 30 hours during the show of last Saturday?

That was the H2. That show is on for the whole of this week. The new show starts on Saturday.

Bike Show is my favourite, I really enjoy Harry and Matt and Bill's humour when he makes a star appearance lol............ :thumleft: Noticed BikeSA crept in as well which cannot be a bad thing I say.... ;) I just wish for a longer time slot for more analysis and discussion on some topics.......

Not to dis 2Wheels, but that show needs to decide what it wants to be as only the 1st 10mins are anything worth watching (and only sometimes)....... unless you want to watch local racing every week and punting glory days of past to us poor viewers.

Long live the Underdog.........

I am not THAT interested in road bikes AMZ, so tend to watch with one eye whilst doing other things. I only really concentrate when there is a DS bike on. Therefore the H2 did not impress me that much, sure it has lots of power and the first bike with a supercharger, but from the reports on the show it was a pretty useless bike for anything other than high speed runs.

Ja, same here, but on this show, it was hard to miss the H2.  It took up 90% of the show!   :imaposer:

I love the show. Have it on "record series" on my pvr. Still need to check the last episode.

But please enlighten us, why is the video quality so bad? Yikes, some of it looks worse than sabc analogue.

It's the way IgnitionTV broadcast. I don't know the technical side of it (I don't know much about anything, it would seem) but they broadcast differently to the likes of SuperSport. I imagine it's a cost thing

Ok I was curios about this too so here's my observations, it's not all of the show that looks like this, there's shots I would imagine is gopro or something similar that looks better than the rest. I truly enjoyed the Kawasaki insert except when the rider commentated while riding, the noise was so bad that I actually ff that part.

Look at the difference in video quality between the two shots on the where Donovan was cleaning the helmet.

As a gadget person I enjoyed the Tom Tom insert, one question though, the heart monitor watch is cool but how do you get the data off it? How does it talk to the gps? I couldn't help but stare at that huge microphone on the guest.

That said, I enjoyed the show and will watch it again.

Forgive me, as I said, I know very little about the tech side of television. Ivan our illustrious producer, director, editor, camera director, coffee maker still has to show me how to work the lapel mics. Also, I was busy reading a magazine (looking at the pictures) while Mat was doing that Tom Tom interview. I'm not really sure how it works. Does anyone else on this forum perhaps know?

Thanks for the kind words.

I'd like to see it as constructive criticism, that h2 made such a nice sound on my surround sound, probably why the wind noise bugged me so much.

Here is some actual information on this week's show before the show is actually airing. This is a rarity ladies and gentlemen. You can tell your granchildren about it one day.

On the show this week is the Ducati Scrambler, both a road test by Harry and then we let it lose on the sands of Chimes with MX and motard champ Grant Frerichs to show its scrambling prowess. This is the TV version of the story we did in Offroad and Adventure SA mag.

Here are the times that it is on Ignition (channel 189): Saturday 11:30 | Sunday 17:30 | Monday 14:30 | Tuesday 00:30 | Wednesday 04:30 | Thursday 20:30 | Friday 08:30 and 17:30

I don't understand the "Tom tom index", what is the criteria for scoring points.
