This is one of my favorite riding areas and I've long wanted to include it in my tour packages , but worried it would be to tough and intimidating for my overseas guests. Solution! Sell it as an extreme tour and hence our recce in May.
Day 1
We left KTM Cape Town on the morning of May 7th on route to Hondeklipbaai , our over night stay. We've been running tours for years and until this trip never had a breakdown with a KTM but by lunch both the 690 Amageza project bikes of Baas Attie and Jason Manley had croaked. Sadly Baas Attie had to abandon a. Jason reached us at Hondeklipbaai at 1am (brave man).
