zumo 660 connection

Morning all

Need a little advice please.

On my 2009 gsa , where and how is best to connect my zumo 660 ? Do i connect it straight to the battery or is there wires where i can join in so it runs of the ignition ?

Also , where is the best place to mount the unit with the normal u bolt ram mount , photos will help.......
