This Bash has grown to be a favourite with the thumper crowd and due to so
many other trademarks wanting to join, we thought it would be a good idea
to change it from an exclusive XT gathering and just call it the
Thumper Bash so that all trademarks and all other dualsport bikes can join.
The thumper crowd are cool people anyway and dont mind others joining.
So even if you have a twin cylinder, feel free to join.
This event grew very much into a "good mates supporting Koedoeskloof"
event, so put your name on your list.
From previous years experience, I dont have to explain or convince you
what the standard of the food and presentation, and experience is going to be.
As a matter of fact everybody is always having a good time at Koedoeskloof.
DATE : 7, 8 and 9 August 2015
VENUE : Koedoeskloof
COSTS : You must take one of the PACKAGES. There are two options :
1. Camping : R 405
What you get for your money:
Camping for two nights
Full English breakfast with bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and toast on
Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Friday night : Will be a warm meal and will be something like a bredie
(or curry) with rice and sambals.
Saturday night : Braaipack with steak, chop, boerewors and patato salad,
roosterkoek and green salad and desert
Included in the price is also the cost towards braaiwood for the weekend.
Important: Campers can just pay in the money. No need to confirm booking.
2. Sleep inside B and B accommodation : R 755
What you get for your money:
Shared accommodation with rooms with single beds.
(There is one room available with a double bed)
Rooms also have showers and bathroom.
Full English breakfast with bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and toast
on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Dinner on Friday night which will be something like a bredie (or curry)
with rice and sambals
Saturday night : Braaipack with steak, chop, boerewors and patato salad,

Included in the price is also the cost towards braaiwood for
the weekend.
IMPORTANT: You must phone or email Veldtie(Eugene) at Koedoeskloof and book and
confirm booking for a bed with him.
If his rooms are full, he's got extra options down the road with his neighbour.
NOTE :
The rate is for two people sharing ONLY. You therefor need to find a buddy to
go in with you. We need to book out the fixed accommodation.
Booking for fixed accommodation will be handled on the basis that you
confirm availability before you pay.
It will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. If you want the room,
you need to pay soonest.
We will not reserve a room indefinitely, as the demand is quite high
VERY IMPORTANT :
Veltie needs to know the numbers for catering. So all payments and bookings
needs to made at the latest on the 4th of August 2015.

well within reach for a dayride.

Take into account that interbank transfers can easily take 48 hours, or even
longer over a weekend.
