That's great -i'm in Centurion - can wait for you on some bypass somewhere, say 1 hour north of Edenvale - maybe for 12h00 at "Petroport" or which ever road you choose?

Will be waiting ;D

I am sorry to have to say I am going to cancel, but the time line on this project I am working on has been moved up, and if I go away on this weekend I am going to be King stress worrying if all is happening back at the office.
Its life I suppose. :( :(
I think if I actually found My mind, I probably wouldn't know what to do with it,

Last time I checked we were just shy of R12k - we shall keep the electronic donations open untill 15h00 on Thursday.  I shall then cash up, print a statement, write a check and give to Red.  Any cash is naturally welcome at the venue, but from an electronic perspective - only untill Thursday at 15h00.

Thanx so far...!!!!

Seems like Beemer Man got nervous with all those Katooms..... ;D ;D
Frankie, what about meeting at Bronkhorstspruit?
I can sms you when I leave home with an ETA for Bropkies, I plan on missing all the tollgates, via Groblersdal, the back way into Pietersburg, hook up with Panne, then head to Tzaneen and Leydsdorp.

I may have jumped the gun, there is a remote possability that I will go, I am going to have to play it by ear, closer to the end of the week.

The beds at Leydsdorp Lodge are R200-00/night per person, not too bad, Yhis is without any food though. I'm sue camping can be done as well. Cars, what cars? ;D Only Peaches is going by car AFAIK, and that's only because she can't ride a bike yet.

There is still place at Leydsdorp Lodge, but your choice where you stay.
Outie has cancelled his pozzie at the Lodge.

Morning All

See you all tomorrow night, Leaving Empangeni at 5.30 am friday morning and should be at the bar with a beer in one hand and EV in the other by night fall  >:D (can't wait to see you EV ;)). Just over 900km to do first.

Can't wait to meet everyone and to say hi again to those I have already met. Thanks to all who have made it possible and to those who helped EV.

See you all Friday evening

Guys, unfortunately I've had a slight change of plans. Will still hook up with you at a garage in Polokwane on Fri afternoon for a Coke but will only leave for Leydsdorp early Sat morning. :( One less Katoom on Friday but I think Beemerman will still be intimidated.   >:D ;D

Ok - the babysitter has a 32 page document with each animal plus full colour picture plus favourite eating habits plus lists of what to do and not to do......

The neighbours are notified, the brother is on standby, the babysitter has the whole of each Capetonian activist's number - the food is sorted and numbered by date and time and snacks and nibbles are provided as well as chewies, I have a walker for Katie M for each morning and evening, all items that can be chewed are out of reach, emergency rations plus emergency beds in the garage should any animal get locked out inadvertently, light timers etc are sorted, cat litter is available all around, blankets are all over for cuddling and babysitter has been taught how to switch on heater for an hour in the evenings to warm the rooms up for the cats.

I of course, haven't even packed yet.....
