Post 690 vs Current 690
« on: June 10, 2015, 12:00:10 am »
So I know I want to get a 690 but I have to ask.. Anyone here have the newer 690 and previously had the older 690 (pre-2014)? What are the most obvious differences that you have noticed (ie. Handling, suspension, engine feel, ABS) and not specs between the two and is it worth paying more for a newer one over getting a older one and putting more towards adventurising it. What are the opinions

I currently have a 2010 Enduro R and a 2014 and must say 2010 feels more aggressive a bit more like an MX bike, the 2014 feels more refined or rounded off, the ride by wire throttle and the updated fuel management system on the 2014 definitely helps a bit with slow technical riding. I love them both, get what you can afford not that big of a difference between them
