« on: June 19, 2015, 12:41:32 pm »
Hi all,
My rear tyre, even though still in good nick, has numerous cracks all over the tread surface. Who can I contact regarding this.
And by the looks of things, this does not seem to be unique to me.... check out this link http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hubb/equipping-bike-whats-best-gear/mitas-e07-have-one-safety-50899

Will be grateful for any help folks.

Best will be to contact your supplier were you baught the tire, or else contact KTMjedi here on the forum.  He is the midas supplier if I am correct.

You can just search this forum and you will get plenty examples of the mitas cracking up.  I had a couple that did the same.  Got sorted in the end.
No matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everybody on the the couch

Any chance you can post a photo of the cracks?
I've has 3 E-07s on my bike and have found that although they do get small cracks it's never been an issue and I got over 10 000km on each.

Titty bars aren't bad if you enjoy being sexually aroused without an outlet. Oh, and they're also convenient if you're in the mood for paying double the normal price for a drink. If I'm in the mood to be treated poorly while giving up large amounts of cash, I visit a BMW dealership”. RobZim

PS - if you want to mail me pics so I can take alook - let me know.

Else as has been said - KTMJedi on this foru is the importer of Mitas. He stands behind his product. Sometimes I think to his own detriment as people seem to sometimes abuse the backup he gives.
