Went To Ducati Randburg on Saturday to see a mates wife collect her new Ducati Scrambler. I arrived and put my jacket,helmet and neck brace on an empty chair so I could have a better look at the new bike. A staff member came over to me and asked that I please move the items off the chair and put them in the lockers provided.
I was so shocked that I complied . Its not as if the lockers are visible . I could not believe it. The shop was not even busy .Maybe 3 people in it at the time .
One chap was there to collect his new Multistrada and he was still waiting when I left .
Do I want to own a Ducati? Yes . If that's the only Dealership I can buy it from NO WAYS!!!!!!
When you arrive at RAD with all your kit someone helps you put it on the rack and if your helmet is dirty they give it a quick clean. Now that makes you feel welcome ......
