Guys, go easy on spreading Mr. G's details relating to this vid.  There were previous videos like this around and it seems he got a lot of flack from mother grundie internet justice warriors about speeding and that, so I think that's why this video is kinda anonymous.

Why ? I don't get it. A video gets made and posted on the internet for people to see. Now some here feel the riders ID must be protected, in case he gets in trouble. You live by the consequences of your actions.

I don't see the need to edit the thread.

Yeah I hear you, I understand both sides though.

There were previous vids like this, very official like, when the 1190 first came out, I remember the vid was made by one of the local Bike TV shows. The rider in question eventually got a lot of flack for it and the business name pulled into it.  Those vids got pulled off as a result.

This vid doesnt have his name on it, I believe for that same reason. On one hand he's doing it in his own personal capacity, but on the other hand many people know him synonymously with that dealer, so it's a fine line.

I personally have no problem with people pulling wheelies, I feel like 90% if the time if it goes wrong you'll only break yourself and not any innocents, so I say go for it.

I'm with you on this RoadHawg!

That Jacob Zuma chap can ride!

If I could wheelie like that, I would, in as reasonably safe an area as possible. If my mates posted it for the pleasure of those that wished they could, so be it. Just keep my name out of it! ;-)

It is better to ask for forgiveness than permission!

Look, if a wheelie at this sort of speed goes wrong, on a public road, with other traffic on it, who knows who or what the bike will hit?

Impressive, but far from responsible.

No criticism of hooligan riding from me, just telling it like it is. It is hooliganism.

Proof of how wrong it is is in the fact that we were asked to keep the perps details secret. :imaposer: :imaposer:

I'm more of a hooligan in the sense that I am an unskilled wheelie-popper.
If I had to try wheelie at 200km/h, I would be scared for others safety around me as I  almost certain of my own death if I tried that.

Surprisingly I would feel safer riding next to this perp eventhough he may be called a hooligan, he sure knows what he is doing!

Fekkit... my balle het terug in my lyf geklim nadat ek die een gesien het.
En as hy die vid gemaak het, moes hy geweet het daar mag dalk papajasap spat, en hom vereenselwig het daarmee.

This is the difference, the guy in the video is a very capable hooligan. :ricky: , and this is part of what makes me love motorcycling.......the "outlaw" factor.

Please accept my apologies.

I did not mean to defame the honourable Mr. Jacob Zuma.
The guy pooping wheelies in these videos was actually Mr. Robert Mugabe.
