Hi everyone
So I managed to dig up some old pics from 2004 from when I got my 1st taste of Baviaanskloof.
Was working in PE for 2 yrs on the Coega harbor project.
Back then my only mode of transport was my bike. And it was the behemoth Suzuki DR750 â??Bigâ?. Not a very popular or commonly seen bike in SA.
They were used by the Swaziland police some years back. And itâ??s a single 750!!! It had elec start and decompression lever!!!
It was a great bike, heavy and slow as hell, but you could pull a plough with it!!! And the 30L (2x15L) fuel tank was a blessing.
So I got invited to go along to the Kloof with some guys on site.
We camped at Rooihoek and it was a great experience.
Not gonna add much commentary, just wanna share the pics.

Who needs enemies with friends like these. But I guess thatâ??s what you get for barking coffee orders from your tent.
