If it was children, yip, I agree with LS in that they really often do not think through the consequences of their actions and although stupid, cannot see myself asking for them to get an attemtped murder charge against their name.
If it wasn't, well then it is more likely that there was some malicious intent, even if only to rob as the person was hurt or came off - this is possible.
I nearly brained someone accidentally because a joke got out of hand; yip, we all do stupid things......my parents never hit any of us, but boy, when they went through the potential consequences of OUR actions, I felt so shite......Guilt, my mother had it down to a flipping fine art!
