What spotlights for my DR?
« on: July 31, 2015, 10:22:16 am »
I am thinking of replacing the DR front lamp assembly and associated hardware with a WR 450 headlight and cowl.

If I do that, I would need to add two spotlights to the mix in order to make up for the smaller light of the WR.

I want the spotlights to work independently via a handle bar mounted switch. Must also be able to set up the lights with simple brackets. Lights must be tough - metal casings and not plastic.

What did you guys fit to your DR's?

I could agree with you! But then we both would be wrong.....

Problem that when confronted by choice I go into limp mode  ;D - i.e. what does all these funny words mean and which lamp must I choose?

Mmmnn, ja n ou soek spots wat die water kan uithou en wie se LED's langer as n paar maande hou.

So die vereistes is -

Kwaliteit produk
Mini-spots (dis nie n GS nie)
Minimum watts
Maximum lumens
Waterdig
Sterk metaal case
LED's wat hou
Handlebar switch

Wat fit hierdie profile wat in n DR ryer se budget val?
