Following on from this thread https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=178541.0 there appeared to be quite a few Kzn guys keen on an easy dirt road "Newby" type ride.
Anyone keen to join, please meet up at Old Main Brewery (formerly known as X-Ways) in Hilton.
Ride will depart at 08h00 sharp.
As stated above, it is meant for "newbie" type riders who don't want rocks, rivers, cliffs, deep sand or steep rutted tracks.
We will be stopping for lunch and fuel along the way. The plan is to get back to Hilton mid-afternoon.
There will not be a back-up vehicle and the area we are going to is quite remote, so please bring puncture repair stuff and whatever tools you need.
The route I have in mind is an easy ride out through the Karkloof forests, then through Middelrus area to Muden. Nice and scenic, lots of dirt, some tracks, but nothing technical at all.
Please leave your name here so i know how many guys are coming and how many to book for lunch for.
