Wanted a very light weight Adventure Bike any model

The perfect Bike? does it exist?
I have owned a Yamaha XT500 and a Yamaha TTR250 in nearly brand new condition. Both bikes were awesome but now I am looking for the in between. What is it? 350? 450?
My weight is 70kg
I like riding lots of gravel, some single tracks and a bit of tar. I am an explorer and quiet easily get myself into tight spots, steep hills and sandy tracks. Also I need to be able to take the Bike on a long distance Tar road.
The most riding I do is 150km to 350km per day.
The Bikes weight is between 100kg and 135kg. Anything heavier becomes work.
The Saddle must be wide, soft and comfortable with an upright riding position.
The Bike must be able to carry extra fuel, water all in all not more than 10kg.
It should have a luggage carrier.
Speed is not so important but must cruise at 120km/h
It must feel solid and well balanced with a low center of gravity.
Electric start and kick start is a must as well as road worthy.
So what else is out there? I wonder...
So everything with Bike, Kit, Fuel and Rider = 200kg.
