Was lekker fun though, great crowd of people.

Anyway, thanks for all that came.  I recon we were a great group and that that quarry will se me again... and again... and again!!!

Rooibaard, man maar jy ry daai scooter van jou!! Kudu's man.  Zonk, I never knew a TA can climb mountains.  :)   Adventurer, now she is not a virgin anymore

To the ladies that were there, great to see more and more of the fairer sex on bikes, well done to you all.  See, it is NOT so difficult to stay upright.

PS: Ned, se BAIE DANKIE vir jou pa dat hy so mooi gehelp het!! Word MOERSE waardeer!

T'was a lekker day, lots of sand, lots of obstacles and a lekker crowd, sa 'rooibaard' do things with his Tw 200 that would make a mountain goat proud!
We stopped at the quarry around lunchtime, deflated tyres and went to have fun

BBBS the instructor.

Carol tackling the slope.

Marina on same slope with her TW 200.

4 Adventures, beautiful!

A TW 200 with serious houding!

Stopping on the slope

Zonkelnut's imrovised parking.

The sandpit!

End of the day, lekker crowd=lekker fun!

And that 'virginity' bit is related to my first 'off' on the Adventure. I came short in that 'sandpit'. The reason I have never fallen off the Adventure is I have been to scared of having to pick it up again! :D  :D
Somehow my old 1100GS was lighter?

Thanks Ned, some real cool pictures.

Fun, the landing shots were not taken.  Nobody had a spill, even me!!   Although I did manage to klap the bash plate... I saw some of the rubbers are torn.

But it was great fun. Can't wait for the sand pics.
