7 days Namibia

Hi guys, just returned from a 7 day trip to Namibia. Our route was JHB â?? Upington â?? Vioolsdrif â?? Hobas â?? Helmeringshausen â?? Sesriem â?? Swakop (2 nights) â?? Kang â?? and home, just under 4000km.
It was an absolutely incredible trip, and during this trip discovered, that a trip is only as good as the company youâ??re with.
We were 2 xGS1200, 2 x HP2, 1 x GSA1200, 1 x Varadero and my 990S. All of these bikes were perfect for this one, the roads were good and could maintain good speeds. Camping is definately the way to go,�..something magical about a bike with a small tent��..
We tried our luck on the dunes at Walvis , and got to within 5m, of the top of Dune 2 (TKCâ??s front and back at 1bar). Was not brave enough to ride onto the crescent.
A fantastic trip, and would easily do it again�..thought you might like to see some photos��.

Met this guy ... was on his way to Stellenbosch from Cairo, was on the raod for 42 days at that stage....
