If you get pulled over by traffic cops or by a road block while on a bike and you do not have a bike licence, what can happen? Hefty fine, call someone to collect your bike, jail, stretched anus, death, etc.?
I am talking about not having a bike licence at all, not that you forgot you licence at home.
Before you have a go at me, I do have a bike licence. I am asking for someone else as it was recently found that they do not have a bike licence anymore. The licence was done in the 80s when it formed part of your ID as I understand. Then the ID was stolen with a wallet and somewhere from there to changing the driver licence card of today, the bike licence "disappeared". That is my understanding of the scenario. No arguments about this please. Just an answer to the the original question.
