Found this helpful PDF by a guy on the UKGSer forums, which explains nicely how to use, optimise and set all the ESA/ASC/ABS/Riding modes, etc on the LC and similar bikes. Although all that is written in this PDF is in the manual too, this PDF explains it nicely with concise descriptions, and is easier (for me, at least) to understand.
