Vrydagmiddag en aand….

Dis nie so lekker om n bash te help reel nie,want ek moes die 600 stukkies beskuit,koffie,tee,melk, 200  t-shirts ,stickers en groot potte vir die warm hou van die spitte, saamvat…….wat ook beteken ek moes stoet…en n mens wil mos met jou bike Bash toe ry.. :ricky:

Ek was n dag terug van die 4 dae fietstoer en het alles op 7 verskillende plekke gelaai en toe Gariep toe begin ry met die twee dogtertjies en die girl agterop die waentjie……ek het professionele hulp ingeroep met die vasmaak van die bike… :ricky:

Andries het saam met Jaybiker en GP gery Bash toe. Ons het amper gelyk by RD gearriveer.

Laban groet my met n bree glimlag en inligting word entoesiasties  uitgeruil… ;D

Kilroy en Pistol was besig om ernstig vir die Bash voor te berei en goedjies op datum te kry…. raai wie ontmoet ek eerste….een van my persoonlike hero’s..Rynet !! :thumleft:

My volgende stop is by ant Bibi in die kombuis en sy lyk sommer nie happy nie,want daar is te veel kampeerders vir die showers en toilets……. :o

En so daag die WD’s een na die ander op en hoe later hoe harder lag en praat almal gelyk….… :lol8:

Ek beduie net heeltyd vir almal waar betaal hulle wat en waar is alles…..want niemand lees mos die threads self deur  nie !!! ;)

Schalk v/d Merwe kamp by ons huisie,Vlakhaas en maak onmiddelik vriende met my vriende,At en Ansu ,van Fauresmith………..n rukkie later join MarkB en Dragonfly-XC ons vir geselskap en nog n ruk later braai ons sommer op ons bure se vuur….hulle was nie Bash gaste nie……Hondsekierrie en Minxy kom braai toe ook by ons…

En die heeltyd ontmoet ek n klomp WD’s en kan nog name en gesigte bymekaar sit…… :)

Ek en At gaan doen later n inspeksie rondte ……en raai wie het die vroegste gaan slaap….my vriende van Addo/Kirkwood en Uitenhage !!!...toe ek vra waar hulle is,toe le hulle en asem ophou in hul tente  dat ek hulle nie moet hoor en gaan opjaag nie…..

Maar die volgende dag het ek hulle hul energie laat uitroei saam met Kilroy se twee seuns…….maar hiervan vertel ek julle later.... ;D

Somewhere before Bethulie, I managed to get the Temperature but it still got hotter than this, the most I saw recorded was 37.5

My keel is nogsteeds seer en weet nie of dit van "teveel" ys was of die spit se beentjies wat ek heel ingesluk het.
Daai roei op rivier was glad nie goed  aangesien daar "tamatiesappies" gedrink was vir energie. :laughing4:
Dankie ook dat Andries die volgende dag saam ons groepie terug gery het , dit was fantasties.

Crossing the Caledon river, apparently this is the only bridge in South Africa that has a road and a rail line in one, and what an incredible crossing, its really wide, to see taht whole river in flood must be a really spectacular sight
