En as jy dit met 'n goeie 2K verf en clearcoat verf is dit baie duursaam, en dink net aan al die kleure wat jy nou tot jou beskikking het.

Bietjie met Matie ge-chat vandag oor die pro's en cons van powdercoating. Grootste probleem is die moontlikheid van chips optel en die feit dat jy dit nie nou en dan n touch-up kan gee nie..

So, ek gaan die kompressor nader sleep, my fancy spraygun gaan soek wat erens nog weggepak is en my spaypainting skills weer opskerp.

Die lekker van dit is dat ek dadelik kan begin (al die powdercoaters hier is nog toe) en dat ek heeltemal in beheer is van die proses, en dus ook die end resultaat.

Ek wil net gou double check:

ja looks like needed a welded bolt on the old stub? Also looks like  a Wurth Timesert fix? Kakked myself on a swing arm once in similar fashion   ::)
