What you are seeing are some typical and pretty well documented 610 issues and 'fixes'. The top frame mounting bolts that are loose and have vibrated with iron oxide/filings are found on almost all 610's - normally a quick fix with Nylok nuts … yours look like the holes may have elongated but probably not an issue. I am surprised the clutch washers are OK - generally a good precautionary and pretty easy fix (maybe more a weakness on later models?). Battery tray also a documented weakness - check for wiring loom abrassion in same area (mine was OK and I fitted a lighter Ultrabatt). Check the foot peg bolts and mating surfaces - often need to be flatted and high tensile bolts fitted. Oh and wait till you get to the swing arm and linkage bearings …. may not be so bad if a SM model?
