Once everything was ready and tripple checked I applied grey loctite gasket sealer to the crankcase halves and closed the bottom end up.Started to play around with the fitment of the crankshaft, clutch and counterbalancer gears and loosely assembled them without their woodruff keys to make sure of the fitment. Turned the engine around and prepared to install the new cam chain I got from Runner - an upgraded DID and not the standard Husqvarna part - and the reed valve, before I re-fitted the flywheel. At that stage I also wanted to add the new cam chain guides I was convinced I already bought. After turning the garage upside down I realised that I, in fact, never bought it so I left things as they are for now.
