customer of ours, with a ND licence number, accidentally dropped his laminated licence disk inside our premises - out of his tank bag, I think...
since it only expires 30/11/2015, and since it LOOKS like the original, i want to get it back to him...
Licence number ND 62208; i have the vehicle register number if that is needed, too...
