Yes.........after the absence last year of this event, the Breede Bash is back!!!

It is time to ride your bike (or car) for 100 kilometers from Capetown, pitch your tent and mingle
with the crowd and sit back and enjoy yourself on the banks of the Breede River.
This year will be the 8th edition of this festive gathering.
Surely no need to explain what it is all about.
For those that don't know, just use the search function and go and search for "Breede Bash"
and you will see how much fun we had the previous years.
This year the venue will move to Klipkrans. www.klipkrans.co.za
Klipkrans is a private nature reserve that is situated about 15 km outside of Worcester on the banks of the
Breede river.
We will publish a map here closer to the date.
This party has grown every year since it's inception in December 2007 and has become quite a favourite with the masses.
HERE IS THE DEAL:
The party will cost you R 80 per person.
This is extremely cheap,as there are no profits to the gained from this and
the money is just to cover be "real" cost of the party.
What you will get for your R 80:
1. Camping spot on really nice, soft, green grass
2. Shaded area to sit down and socialize.
3. Cash bar. a Reasonable variety of drinks, beer and liqueur will be on offer at
very reasonable prices. Please support it and avoid being branded as a "topbox drinker"

4. Fire, coals and braaigrids (roosters)
5. Water and toilets with showers.
Ablutions are brand new and really fresh and nice (especially for the ladies)
8. A mighty big river to swim in and cool off.
What you must bring:
1. Positive attitude
2. Food to braai and eat for dinner and breakfast.
Braai packs will be available ..........read about it lower down in the thread.
3. Plates, cutlery and mug and/or glass to drink from
4. Tent and camping equipment for the night
5. Tabbard and/or other insect reppellant. (Some years the buggers are bad, some years
they are non-existant. No guarantees on the outcome)
6. This place is about 15 km out of town and away from the nearest shop.
Bring snacks with on the bike.
IMPORTANT:
We are not going to handle cash on the day to pay for the camping.
We want to go there to relax and party, not to work
Money must be paid into the bankaccount below before 25 November 2015
Reason being that we have to pay ahead to secure the venue. Keep in mind that it is a
commercial venue for the owners and they are doing us a favour by giving us such a real special price

Braaipacks:
We can arrange braaipacks which will consist of : 2x Big chops, big portion boerewors and chicken-sosatie.
Cost : R 60 per braaipack.
These must be pre-ordered and also paid a week before the event.
Unfortunately we will not be able to supply salads and/or other food.

For those that wants to go through on the Friday already................the cost would
be R80 per person extra.
We can arrange for the Friday night that there will be wood and grids .

So 10 km uit die dorp uit is die Aan De Doorns wynkelder aan die regterkant van die
pad en die afdraai van die Overhex pad aan die linkerkant.
Ry dan nog so kilometer of so aan en kry dan die afdraai na links wat sal wys:
Scherpenheuwel en Eilandia
Vat daardie afdraai en ry so 5 km af op daardie pad.
Die ingang van die venue is aan die regterkant van die pad, net soos jy oor die bult
gaan en voor jy afsak en afdraand ry.
