Help needed,
I bought a 2003 DR-Z400E bike just over two months ago. Within the same week that I bought it, I changed the ownership to my name and all was successful, even the roadworthy test at Dekra was fine. When I went to collect the new disc, I was told that it cannot be issued to me because the status on the eNatis system shows that "CRW required, non RTQS". Dekra cannot change the status and they get an error "only provincial law can change status".
I then took the bike through the government test center and the same problem was found. On the system it shows "Admin CRW" is blocking it from issue the new disc. The current disc is still valid until December from the previous owner but I am battling with this for over two months now and I am very frustrated.
Please advise if any help is available out there?
