Tell me if I'm wrong... I bought gloves on the 26th of October from Full Throttle, they're already tearing.
I went in 10 minutes ago and requested a refund and asked them to call me when their new stock of summer gloves comes in. They outright refuse to refund me and insist that they have to send the gloves for an assessment to see if the supplier will replace or repair.
so... am I wrong ?
I thought it was my option,
1. Repair
2. Replace
3. Refund
is this not right?!?!
they reckon they are 100% CPA compliant?
