Hi Guys,

Here’s the first look at the next generation of Rally products from the Rockfox Rally Division.

Parts have already been ordered and we will start assembly soon.

Navigation Tower

Made from 10mm Black HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene Plastic) and Stainless Steel. The tower attaches to the neck of the motorcycle with a stainless steel bracket, the brackets have a cut-out so as not to obscure the VIN number. This design was used on a 450 KTM and 450 Yamaha WR in 2015 Amageza.  The HDPE allows the tower to bend to a degree, absorbing the impact and vibrations from the motorcycle while being extremely durable. In the 2015 Amageza my father had a few offs, one of which was strong enough to bend the screws attaching the screen to the tower but with no damage to the tower itself or any other parts.

Specs: Lightweight yet durable HDPE Construction with excellent Shock absorption.
Allows for fitment of various lights with simple brackets.
       Adjustable TRIP/CAP Roadbook holder plate.
Optional almost unbreakable clear Lexan Screen.
Can be supplied with complete wiring loom and fuse box for all navigation items.

TRIP/CAP Roadbook holder Plate

Specs: Made from 3mm Aluminium with integrated rear bracing and angle adjustment slots – no struts or stays required.
Standard mounting holes for ICO / RNS / F2R Roadbook holder and Rockfox Navigation equipment.
Direct fit to the Rockfox Rally Tower.
Adapters available to mount on Highway Dirtbike Rally Lite or Universal handlebar navigation clamp.
Pre-drilled holes for switch and speedo bracket. Bracket available separately.

Roadbook Holder

The first units performed very well during the 2015 Amageza Rally.

Specs: At only 730g and 203x125x80mm including knobs it is the lightest and smallest roadbook holder on the market but still
has capacity for a 48mm thick roll of roadbook paper.
Water and dust resistant asymmetrical cover allows for the easy access to drive belts.
Backlight and paper guides to prevent scratching of screen included as standard items.
Matt Black anodised, complete with rubber mounting grommets, 8mm connectors and compatible with F2R handlebar
               switch.

Trip-CAP unit

These units are now upgraded with more robust switches, GPS connector and better power regulation.

Specs: New slim 24mm high housing for base unit with sleek tactile buttons.  Internal GPS now only add an extra 5mm to the
               height.
Improved software with simpler menu and quicker reset for multiple roadbooks per day.
The unique design where one unit can be configured as Trip, CAP or both (internal GPS and wheel sensor) is retained for
ultimate redundancy. The function of the status LED’s is simplified.  The unit can now also be fitted with an external GPS
areal via the wheel sensor cable.
New 20mm wide three button switch pod.  Two units can fit flush against one another.
Power, wheel and switch pod plugs now compatible with RNS and ICO units.
