A friend and I are going on a Moz trip next month with Mototours. The tour starts in Greytown so we had decided to trailer the two 990 Adv there and then start riding on the knobblies from there.
I had an idea to see if we could fit two big adventure bikes into the back of my Mercedes Benz Vito instead of towing a trailer. Hay presto they fit in as easy as pie once we removed the two back rows of seats. How many vehicles can do that!
What a pleasure - no trailer to slow us down and add to the fuel consumption, much safer driving and still plenty of space for kit.
