Mitas EF07 130/80-18 single green stripe with Michelin Bib Mousse 120/90-18 inside for the rear wheel and Mitas yellow stripe
with Bib Mousse for the front. The 120 Bib Mousse inside the 130 Mitas works perfect! Not too loose, not too firm. Masses of
grip right from the start yet long lifespan. I'm at 120 hours on the rear mousse and still going strong.

Which yellow stripe front? EF06? C19? C21?

Been using a C21 myself and like it...

I happen to use EF06 but the C21 is also a very good choice.

Fantastic RR!

But, how did you manage without goggles?! I would have thought it would be a rule that all riders must wear goggles.

Thanks, appreciate the participation and comments!

I managed very well with my Adventure/DS helmet. In fact, I don't think I will get on with those goggles helmets.
When it is dusty I flick the visor down in less than a second with one hand while riding and when I want it open
again I repeat steps 1 to 1 with the same ease and lack in effort. Never lost a visor either... seen lots of guys lose goggles.

Can someone tell me why they would prohibit DS helmets in Off Road Races?

If I'm not mistaken, it has something to do with the strap buckles. Race helmets have to have double D shackle type buckles, whilst some DS helmets have clip in buckles.

I can vouch for Lisa. She's the toughest and fittest chick I know, and she rides better than most men!
