Hi all:
I've finally been able to get my bike repairs done here in Buenos Aires and will be arriving in Cape Town International airport Wednesday, June 4, 2008. I arrive around 9 a.m. so I'm expecting to be able to leave the airport with my bike before the end of business day.
I've got a basic travel guidebook, a tourist map of Cape Town area - but no info on housing and such.
So my question:
Any recommendation(s) for inexpensive - ok, cheap-ass biker - accommodations in the Stellenbosch area? Doesn't need to be fancy - just a decent bed, a good shower, (private room preferred) where I can crash for about 12 hours? If you have recommendations, could you supply a web/email address and/or phone number?
Thanks
Looking forward to riding South Africa.
