I became the proud owner of a nice 2013 - 1190 R on the weekend. I still have to pinch myself every now and again to make sure I am not dreaming.
I've done quite a bit of homework and understand the Uni filter is the way to go. I plan on getting one. The bike currently has the DNA fitted.
I understand there are two "paths" of leaking dust into the airbox. One is the bottom of the original OEM filter, the other the lid of the airbox.
My question: Does the DNA fix the possible leak path at the bottom of the filter?
What is the verdict from the guys with experience?
