2013 F800GSA R 89 000 | 31 404 kms - but bike owes finance? issue?

Hi Guys

So been searching for a bike for a bit.
Finally found something promising (noob though)

Bike: 2013 BMW F800 GS Adventure
Price: Negotiable R 93 500 (I think I have got the price down to R 89 000)
Bike Details:
- 31 404 kms
- EXCELLENT CONDITION;
- ACROPOVIC SLIP ON PIPE;
- BMW TOP BOX;
- EXTENDED FACTORY WARRANTY; (says he just extended it now)
- FULL SERVICE HISTORY;
- ESA (COMF,NORM,SPORT);
- ABS/ASC (On & off Road);
- 26.7L fuel tank;
- Riding Modes (Switch between On Road & off Road);
- Heated grips;
- Fog Lights.
- Serviced 15 Dec 2015 annual (seen the invoice too).
- Just a commuting bike (apparently not been off road)

Concerns:
- Bike is in Benoni - he is not a Wild Dog - I am in Cape Town. (Will give Yuppiechef beer box to anyone in the area)
- Pics are crap quality
- Bike still owes finance to BMW Finance

Questions:
- Has anyone dealt with buying a bike that still owes finance - is the procedure pretty straight forward? Should I look out for anything? His reason for selling is cash-flow right now.
- Is the mileage high or low for a 2013?
