I've done 2 other Wildside Enduros, or Evilside as most riders in the know refer to it. Although I think I was a little fitter than last year, this year's Wildside was much harder. Everything was doable, but the long laps (about 70km) of constant in your face riding just wore me down. I'll summarize it like this: I raced the first half, tried to conserve energy during the third quarter, but during the last quarter I was in survival mode.

A lot of Roof Bronze riders put in times of over 7 hours to do 70km. That gives one an idea of how tough it was.

I'll be back again next year for sure though
