Well how about that?
Now I need a satanic mechanic
Went to Franschoek for a quick ride while the missus did her thing. Turned off at the Berg River Dam, which is currently under construction. Stopped at the boom and was given a clipboard form to fill in and waved on...
At the viewing point, which incededntly does not have much of a view, I got off for a bit of a walk around.
and as I went back to the road I felt a bit of a wobble. The paving, I thought, but on the tar there was more than just a wobble, more a slide to the left and a jump to the right....
So I tried to do the Time warp again...
only thing that warped was the tube. Tried forcing some more Sludge in and borrowd a tyre pump from a passing Landy, but ZUT... Niks!
Arranged with the security guy to watch over my preciousss and phoned the wife to fetch me.
While waiting I found a nifty looking entrance to the road above, next time...
So tomorrow I will try the nearest, being Boland Bikes, to see if they will rescue me from the ngabba ngabba.
