Colour me confused....
I have just been told I can't send my "hand langer" to go pay for my car/bike license anymore and that I have to be present with my ID. I knew about the new rule of proof or residence but this sounds absurd.
Both my licenses are due and was going to send one of our guys but now I am told I need to go stand like a moegoe... True?
EDIT: Also been told I can pay it online but not even my best google-fu can show me the path to enlightenment.
