Honda FT500 rebuild

Hi, I've got a FT500 that I used as a student. It has been lying around for a while in my garage, not in use, but still running. I've always threatened to rebuild it (it needed a new head gasket and I wanted to put in a kick starter, which requires splitting the cases). So 2 years ago I started stripping it down.
Slowly been restoring parts and getting closer to assembly now.

I'm not very good at this whole posting thing. So any tips appreciated. How to upload pics etc. I know there is a whole topic dedicated to this, but I get lost, so if anyone can point me in the right direction it might make my posts more regular. Shweet.
