Note to self and anybody out there who wants to follow this route: I would not want to ride this route in the opposite direction (from Steytlerville/Willowmore to Patensie) or in the wet. Some crazy people have done it though.

This dog really was in the middle of nowhere.

Die hond is altyd daar of soms by die rivier. Die eienaar n boer Fourie woon soos julle gery het links van die pad op die stuk voor die rivier.

Awesome RR, thanks for the effort and congrats on completing this great trip.

That Grootrivier pass section is a blixem!
It was easy on the XT (after falling off once) but deadly for the 1200GS, we had to pull it up there!
If you dont like something, change it!
If you cant, change your attitude.
Dont complain!
