So remember the saga of the shitty neighbors with the wrecked car abandoned on the verge of the vacant lot next to us? And I complained to the city and they came and towed it away a couple of weeks ago, to much wailing and gnashing of teeth?

Well, now they dumped another wreck in exactly. the. same. place. A tow truck came and dropped it off. Not the one they towed. That one was blue. This one is white. No doubt it will stand there and decay slowly over the next few years.

1. Where do they get all these wrecks?

2. Just ... why? They're obviously not running and will NEVER get fixed.

3. What the f*ck is wrong with people?

Not sure if you have something like local By-laws in USA, but it might be worth a look to see if it says anything about unroadworthy vehicles being left on public roads or public spaces.  In SA there is a time limit after which the owner can be held liable for removal costs (speaking under correction, but something to that effect may help you)

Yes, there is a law, that's exactly how I got the city to tow away the other wreck.

Nope. I tried to "approach" them once and Mr. Zog had to physically hold me back. I was so damn angry. They are f*cking assholes.

From what we can figure, there is an older woman who owns the house, and she rents out the rooms. Constantly revolving cast of characters in their early to mid-20s. Male. Attitude. Gangster pants falling off their arses with underwear showing. You know the type I mean. Throwing trash everywhere. Don't give a flying f*ck about anyone else.

The people who live on the other side of them had to rope off their property and put cardboard signs in their front yard saying "no parking" because there are constantly people coming and going in that house and they park on other people's properties. 

They make me so, so, so angry.

If Mr Zog can take in dud lawnmowers and fix them up in the wackshop,
perhaps they feel they can do the same with cars...?
They don't have a wackshop so they have to do the job on the sidewalk?
Their time scale for the repairs is a little longer than Mr Zog's...?
