What a complicated setup! To many gearwheels and shafts running on bearings of some sorts that can pack up Had my problems with needle and roller bearings on older models giving in BMs expensive to run O K if you are well off

A concept to keep the old boxer daddies happy with an old school Boxer look alike whilst still attempting to be up to date with todays technology.
A parallel twin would be less complex, lighter, cheaper.
But then we're talking BMW :D
