I went with the Remus, had a very pleasant dealing with Liza from Riverside Honda in Vereeniging and pipe was reasonably priced(IMO) at about R7100-00 ex vat! :thumleft:

The only things that would add to the AT will be a bash plate, crash bars and foot pegs. Maybe a can. The first thing would be to chance the crazy foot pegs. What they we thinking in adding those I don't know.

With the AT I can at least get both feet planted on the ground. :thumleft:

Fitted Rumbux Crash Bars and proto type pannier frames, pic taken in Swaziland this passed weekend.
Bike peformed flawlessly fully loaded and with wife as pillion.  :thumleft:

New Euro 4 regulations for motorcycles dictate that engines have to run as lean as possible - at 14,7:1 air to fuel ratio (AFR) vs 13,6:1 which is the optimal stoic ratio for an engine. What a mouthfull, but thanks Jacob for taking the time, might consider it. Just not sure how it will influence any warranty claims?
