Front Hub fix from Doctor KLR

A common problem on the KLR, if you don't service the speedo drive regularly, you end up stripping the flange on the front hub that turns the speedo drive. Last time I looked it was about 5k for a new Hub and you probably in for R300 for a re-lace of the front rim.

Thanks Doc KLR for sending me this easy fix. Simple to install.

1. Clean up the front hub.
2. Knock on the Doc KLR solver over the cleaned up flange.
3. Remove the insert from the speedo drive.
4. Clean up the speedo drive an re-grease.
