am looking for a second hand alternator rotor for my KLE 500.
The bike has 107 000 km and I needed to replace the brushes on the starter motor. I noticed a funny metallic sound from the stator side for quite a while and I had my suspicions as the KLE is known to delaminate it's magnets on the rotor. When I removed the stator cover to remove the starter motor my suspicion was confirmed and the magnets delaminated. Not much went into the engine and most of the resin bits were stuck in the sump strainer sieve. The magnet bits were still stuck on the rotor.
I was wondering if anyone had a second hand one. I know it's a long shot as they are scarce. I'd appreciate if anyone can assist.
