I was just randomly looking at youtube videos when I saw a pattern - the big adventure bikes all hit 200km/h in around 13s. Most of us would think the Super tenere would be inferior because of its mass and lack of power, but sure enough about 13s. Look, I just watched the videos for the various 1200 adventure bikes that show off acceleration and timed how long it took to get to 200. It's not super accurate at all, but an interesting find non-the-less. I'm not going to show the various videos, you can check it out yourself.

In a sense it makes sense, these bikes are all 1200cc, around 230-270kg, where some bikes make more power higher up in the RPM range, others make it lower down so you shift sooner.

To put things in perspective though, the Beast (superduke 1300) does it in 8s, and superbikes manage 7s.
