So, you had that crash, the ........ has bruised up a bit, the......... hurts like hell and you need drugs!
So I had a delightful off on Friday, really stupid and probably because the end of the route was just in front of us and I started relaxing too much! So, no damage to bike at all, but the shoulder took a knock...
Having medics on site helped a ton, and the fact that the next day was more awesome riding, this problem was to be strapped...
So, I had "copy cataflams", then Transact patches. Then strapping and real Cataflams... Then a Voltaren jab once Saturday ride finished.
Then more "copy cataflams" and Transact patches...
THEN, the ones that actually worked, K-Fenak. Best improvement in 24 hours out of them!
What do you guys use for the really good off's!
