Seeing that this section of the forum has been quiet recently...
Some of us use the boney to commute in traffic. How about some tips for being safe on the road?
- I've heard of two incidents recently where guys hit bricks in the road and pick up mega damage to rims and suspension. It seems as though these accidents could have been avoided by 1. (Butch told me about this one) driving in the spoor of the car ahead of you, not in the middle of the lane 2. keep your following distance. No. 1 has even more benefits because the car ahead of you will pick up any nails, etc lying on the road surface.
I'm sure this topic has been discussed elsewhere, but how about some fresh ideas from pro's like you guys?
