Hi Guys,

Some of you might know this bike  and my rebuild from a couple years back. It was a 650 Dakar, had an accident and bent the front forks and replaced it with some custom Yamaha Kayaba 48mm forks (fully reworked internals). Drop-in replacement.

I've currently got an R1150 GSA & a YZ 250 2Smoke.

Issue with this bike is: No more instrumment cluster (has Trailtech vapor instead) and the paperwork is toast. When I bought the bike the lady had not put it into her name and it was still in the bank's name. Could not get hold of her again to sort it out. Fast forward 7 years its in the same situation due to apathy among other things.

Do I scrap the parts for $$ or get it licenced and sold? I don't have the energy to go through all the red tape at this point, but if its going to be much more financially beneficial to sell it as a whole unit I would consider it?

Bike has -
Scorch exhaust
Trailtech instruments
Yamaha custom forks & Excel front wheel
Renthal red Fatbar with a nice rise & sweep
Barkbuster hand guards
Rear suspension overhauled by Superfoxi not 3000km ago before bike started standing.

The bike is definitely not in fantastic condition, but the parts on it are still good i.e the forks, engine has approx 45 000km on it with service record @ BMW etc (most services). Is a 2007 model.

What do the dogs say I do here?
