Help me out here guys ....
At present I have a pristine and well kitted 2007 XT 660 R with 16500 km on the dial....which I am very happy with.
But ....I have this persistant itch to upgrade to a XT660Z.
I have never ridden a Z but like the idea of a little more bulk on the road. I find the R great on the gravel as it is light and nimble but a little too lightweight for highway travel.
Seeing as the two have exactly the same engine , I would imagine the performance would be roughly the same (although I believe the R puts out a horse or two more than the Z due to the exhaust design)
So ...my delema is ....do I keep my trusty R ....or spend more money and change to the Z.
Would like to hear comments from guys who have owned both :ricky:
Of course , there's always the problem of getting SWAMBO to understand why I need yet ANOTHER bike....
