I've recently tried a number of different mapping apps on my android device and they're really good. Not sure I'll buy a GPS again. You can plan and plot routes, export trip logs to kml, gdb, kmz and most other mapping formats.

The one I like the most is Geo Tracker (for now, still testing others).

What are you guys using? Any comments or inputs?
