There's more than one importer, I think.

Venture Sport is one.

You should ask my wife she knows everything! Maybe tell us what the reason is and there may be another alternative.

Venture Sport was bought be TRP, and still run as a separate company, although within TRP. Close enough though.

Anyone know who the current distributors of Airoh helmets are?

TRP Distributors used to be but there is no reply from them and their Facebook page has seen no action since Feb 2018.

A few years back i bought a brand new helmet. 2months down the line i drop it from the seat of my bike and scratch the visor. Loads of emails and phone calls later. Sorry sir we do not sell those visors loose or any part of the helmet for that matter. Same from Cayenne that use to be the importer as from Airoh italy. So once you buy their product and they have your money your on your own. Fuckall to nothing aftersales support...

Sorry about your experience, Cayenne was never an importer of Airoh though. It changed hands from DMD to Venture Sport a few years ago.
We try and keep stock on 95% of available spares most of the time.
Apart from hard to manage spares like inners for example, if Airoh Italy has it in stock we just order for the customer, as we do parts shipments monthly.

I bought it from cayenne in Dec 2014 as brand new released helmet. Airoh phantom.

I wish you all off the best. But once bitten twice shy.

Indeed, Airoh suck once you have the product.

I've had three and that's my last.

On the first the little clips that secure the visor broke and no parts available. Helmet less than a year old.

Second helmet the peak broke and told no stock worldwide.

Third and most recent ordered inner pads. Been waiting 8 months and the dealer is constant contact. I wait from one shipment arrival to the next with the promise of it being in the box but no luck.  Simply kak form.

A pity really because they do good product at a decent price. I guess the importer are simply useless

Nah, I is just a lowly tax-paying biker looking for some Airoh parts.

I just bought a visored Airoh helmet primarily because there are "supposedly, as per www.Airoh.com" Iridium and other
reflective visors available for it and I am now looking for an Iridium visor for it.
Before that I used an Airoh Aviator for the last 8 years.
