Doesn't look quite right somehow.

How's about a big aluminium cowl around the headlight, a bent pipe handlebar, and a wooden seat?

That should finish it off nicely.  :pot:

Almost perfect

Only thing I would do is clean up the tail a bit

A good choice for winner - am so glad that some rehashed new old BMW R120000000000000GSAAAALCFDGT with even more electrickery gizmos did not win

I'm glad this type of bike won, it really is a beautiful machine. I personally prefer the look of the base version without all the Ohlins jewelry, as I think it looks more retro.
